+INSTALLATION SALES ASSISTANT

We are hiring an assistant for our busy Installation Sales Department. We’re growing rapidly and need hardworking, enthusiastic team players to elevate us to the next level.

Our Installation Sales Assistant must be highly skilled in multi-tasking and able to build and maintain relationships with customers. He/She must have excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a hands-on position requiring extensive phone work. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who will take initiative and grow with the department. Experience in construction or building supply industries a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers (homeowners) to coordinate installation projects
  • Manage and organize incoming leads
  • Generate and deliver proposals to clients in a timely manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and work to resolve issues or problems
  • Maintain daily communication on project progress
  • Prepare paperwork for permits
  • Provide administrative support to the Installation Sales Manager and the other department staff

Requirements

  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Outstanding communication, especially by phone

+INSTALLATION SALES MANAGER

We are hiring a Manager for our bustling Installation Sales Department. Our company is growing rapidly and we need hardworking, enthusiastic team players to push us to the next level. If you have experience running a sales and service department and are looking to show off your skills by leading our Installation Sales Department, we want to meet you.

The Installation Sales Manager will manage, develop and oversee the department, while at the same time instituting procedures and policies to enable the growth of our operations. This is a hands-on position where you will be dealing directly with customers, staff and subcontractors on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service and team management, along with a background in the construction or building supply industries. He/She must be an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills who can work with staff at all levels to ensure company goals are achieved. This is a growth position and the right candidate will be instrumental in helping us build out our Installation Sales Department to meet growing demand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute department objectives and implement changes as needed
  • Manage and oversee staff within the Installation Sales department, including sales assistants, installers and subcontractors
  • Develop a process for growth in the department.
  • Manage the day-to-day schedule of customer installs and in-home sales consulting appointments
  • Generate and deliver estimates to clients in a timely manner including changes and updates
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalating issues including delays, emergencies, and/or other issues
  • Maintain daily communication on client specifications and progress
  • Select subcontractors and delegate work as needed
  • Understand and comply with safety building codes, historic building codes, building permits, as well as legal requirements

+COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER

We are hiring a Commercial Project Manager. Our company is growing rapidly and we need hardworking, enthusiastic team players to push us to the next level.

The Commercial Project Manager will work closely with our sales team to plan, coordinate and oversee commercial projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in general construction. He/She must be an enthusiastic and hardworking self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and monitor timelines for commercial projects
  • Act as the primary contact for clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Execute CAD drawings & sketches
  • Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications and reports for inclusion in the contract design plans and/or as-built plans
  • Produce copies of plans and contract documents and compile into bid documents
  • Work closely with and provide assistance to the sales team
  • Execute invoicing, AIA billing, submittals and change orders
  • Submit invoices and deposits
  • Assist with getting COI as needed for jobs
  • Generate and update estimates in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience with AutoCAD
  • Expert ability to read drawings
  • Experience in execution of drafting contract drawings for commercial building projects
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Successful track record of customer satisfaction and quick resolution of customer issues

Applicant must possess excellent phone and communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate new leads and service an existing contractor base through phone and counter sales
  • Read blue prints and take offs
  • Coordinate millwork sales

+PART-TIME ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

We have an immediate need for a part-time Accounts Receivable Administrator.

Responsibilities include:

  • Posting customer payments
  • Following up on outstanding invoices and past due balances
  • Taking credit payments
  • Invoicing
  • Sending statements to clients
  • Performing monthly reporting
  • Miscellaneous office support duties

The ideal candidate must have prior Accounts Receivable experience and computer skills. He/She must be a self-starter and able to work independently. This is a part-time position and does not qualify for benefits.  Hours are flexible, but preferably mornings (8am-noon or 9am-1pm).

+WOODWORKER/SHOP HELP

We have an immediate need for experienced and/or semi-experienced woodworkers for our window manufacturing and shop services department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manufacturing, assembling and glazing wood windows
  • Setting up window and door frames
  • Casing application
