We have an immediate need for experienced and/or semi experienced wood workers for our window manufacturing and shop services department. Seasonal and long-term positions available. Previous experience with wood working machinery, furniture making or carpentry is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manufacturing, assembling or glazing wood windows
  • Setting up window and door frames
  • Casing application
  • Prepping material for painting


Applicant must be a self-starter with proven customer service and phone skills. Applicants should have experience in project management, time management, scheduling and problem-solving. Background in building materials or construction a big plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fielding and logging service calls from customers and sales team
  • Scheduling service visits
  • Managing communication with manufacturers
  • Tracking issues through resolution
  • Analyzing and restructuring current tracking systems


Applicant must possess excellent phone and communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate new leads and service an existing contractor base through phone and counter sales
  • Read blue prints and take offs
  • Coordinate millwork sales


Applicant must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently to develop new sales. Qualified candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and interacting with new and  existing customers. Experience with Marvin and Andersen lines a plus!

Responsibilities include:

  • Service a customer base in retail and light commercial sales
  • Read blue prints and take offs
  • Coordinate millwork sales
  • Educate and advise customers with their window and door needs
